I started my real estate career in 2015. I won rookie of the year in my Keller Williams office for selling 37 houses in my first 11 months licensed. I knew from the beginning that in order to be the best you have to be surrounded by the best. That mindset has followed through my growth and will remain with me forever. I have always valued teamwork, collaboration, education, and coaching. I was on 3 top teams in different roles before branching off to start my own in March 2018. After going at it on my own the first year I decided to start working with a coach. Since then I have never had a time where I wasn’t in one-on-one coaching with one of the top coaches in the industry. I have traveled around the country to seminars and events to learn the best practices. I have hired coaches in all aspects of my business to help me grow, train, and hire. After 5 years as a top producer with Keller Williams I felt that something was missing in my business and life. When I found eXp I realized what it was. It was about values that matched my own. The company values and the group I am aligned with at eXp are in perfect alignment with my own values as an agent and person. The Murphy Group powered by eXp Realty and partnered with Kinder Reese Coaching is truly an unstoppable combination. My vision is to be surrounded by other growth minded agents and business owners that want to share and learn from each other. I have gained invaluable life and business experience by seeking out the top in the world and that has brought my team to one of the top teams in our area.
